Parents brought me back a can from the brewery (now under Hastings Canadian Ale) Pours a clean start, but get hazier as it goes. Golden, white frothy-bubbly head, good retention and some soapy-foamy lacing. You can definitely smell the hops over the malts, with some grassiness, apples and hints of mint. The hops continue into the taste with a refreshing, crisp mouthfeel that goes into a nice dry finish. Again, apple notes, but not sweet, nor fruity. Goes down nicely and quite hoppy for the style.
