Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates completely and quickly. Aroma has a nice crisp, sweet and tart apple that is well balanced. Flavor starts with sweet apple but finishes with crisp tart apple and a bit of an earthy note.

Bottle sampled on 11/6/05 thanks to Muzzlehatch. Pours a clear, bubbly gold-hay colored body with a fizzling cover of bubbles and little to no legs on the glass. Aroma of yellow apples, sweet, slightly mushy and some notes of light flowers and dry plant leaves. Flavor is again moderately sweet, not complex yellow and light red apples, with a soothing texture and a hint of warming. Gains wateriness as it warms and breathes, while there is a shimmer of drying yeast on the end.
