Bottle - Sweet raw ginger, almost like the pickled ginger for sushi, an earthiness and a bit of alcohol sweetness. Pale gold. Sweet heat, ginger and then a nice mellowness. Brilliant.

Bottle - Light tartness and blackberry sweetness. Purple and maroon. Tart blackberry notes. Lots of blackberry sweet and tartness. Gotta like the berry for this one.

Bottle - Sadly the worst, make sure you get or try the small batch. A harshness that is akin to white tequila. Edgy and harsh with bright ginger and heat not in check. Light honey notes throughout with a light color. Flavors are honey and bright ginger. Still good, but not great.

Bottle - Waxy and almost lightly spiced honey and a odd fruit note. Clear gold. Green apple, sweet honey and some overripe peach. A bit sweet and unbalanced for me.

Bottle - Berry compote and vinous notes. Maroon and a bit clearish. Sweet berries and a nice sweetness that ends a bit tart. Think raspberry. Not cloying and jammy. Nice and on the sweeter side.

Bottle - Sweet honey, dark fruit, tannin and some vinous notes. Deep purple. Dry red tannic grape, green pepper and a very dry finish. Very wine like in flavor. Different and fun.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Huge thanks. Poured a dark cabernet red with little life. The aroma is sweet malt, cherry fruit, yeasty sweaty socks but in a nice kind of way. The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a rich sweet sticky cherry fruit palate. Full bodied with zero carbonation. Very different to anything else i’ve tasted before. Will appear to many wine lovers I feel. An ideal desert wine. Would love to own a few bottles of this!

Rating #5000 and it’s not a beer! Pours dark dark red with no head, red wine but darker. Aroma of raisins, cherries, sweet red fruits, overripe fruits, light herbal, spice. Flavor is light heavy sweet. Warming in the finish, both am alcohol and spicy warmth. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
