Les agrumes ressortent de cet olfactif bien houblonné où l’on retrouve également des notes de cantaloup et une bonne base céréalière. Le liquide est ambré cuivré parfaitement limpide, couvert d’une mousse moyennement épaisse et assez dense. En bouche, l’amertume domine largement avec ses notes herbeuses et résineuses rappelant les conifères. Une toute petite base caramélisée s’immisce dans la palette. On y dénote cependant l’absence de fruité des houblons. L’accent est mis surtout sur l’amertume, provoquant une finale amère et âpre. Le corps est plutôt ample pour une session. La carbonatation moyennement vive. Dommage qu’on n’ait pas exploité plus le coté fruité des houblons; ça aurait été une session extraordinaire O:7.2 V:4.85 G:6.38 C:3.7 G:15.56 T:37.69
