375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany. Aroma is really rich, with lots of chocolate, coffee and treacly raspberries. Flavour is rich and luxurious, with intense jammy raspberries, coated in chocolate and coffee. Jammy, rich, and decadent. Brilliant.

On tap at B. Nektar, pours a clear pale golden blonde, no head. Aroma is loaded with the hot peppers upfront, with gentle pineapple, and wildflower honey packing a punch as a foundation. Flavour is intensely spicy, showcasing the hot peppers in no uncertain terms; you gotta have a strong palate for this. Then the pineapple and honey kick in, but the peppers don't let up. Fun stuff. I really like it.

On tap at B. Nektar, pours a clear dark red, no head. Nose is full of the hops upfront, with subdued cherries and gentle wildflower notes. Flavour somehow managed to marry the hops and cherries pretty well, with lots of wildflower honey. The hops still aren't that welcome, obscuring the cherry and honey. It's definitely good for what it is; I just don't think there's much potential for such a thing (i.e., a hopper cherry session mead).

On tap at B. Nektar, pours a clear dark red, tiny head. Aroma reveals lots of blackberry and wildflower honey, with a healthy amount of clove thrown in there. Flavour is more or less the same, with lots of clove, blackberry, and wildflower honey. Very floral, backed by equal parts clove and berry on the finish. Nice stuff.

On tap at B. Nektar, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma reveals wildflower honey and gentle mango. Flavour is refreshing, with light wildflower honey, moderate mango, and honestly no hint of the pepper. Refreshing and floral, with only gentle sweetness. Very good.

Bottle. Pours a clear, ruby color, with a small, beige head. The nose is ginger, clover honey, vanilla, apricot, and strong cloves. Very sweet and boozy, with a bit of spice. Fun and well made.

Gold color. Lightly sweet. Some yeast. Honey. And not much more happening. Good flavor if no complexity.
