Aromas are honey, spice and dust. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, add in some red wine. Slightly more sweet than tart with good carbonation. Decent but not great.

$5 single from Appalachian. Maybe 6 months in the fridge. Canned 5/02/24, batch 1015. An odd 209 calories.

Pint glass at home.

Clear, oily, pale-medium gold pour; soda sizzle.
More like sweaty papaya than sweet mango my nose think; sticky honey & apple juice. Slight fermented foulness.
Taste is apple-pear juice box & over-ripe mango with a slick clover honey backend. Can taste the caked sulfite powder. Medium sweet with some desperate acidity to cut it.
Texture is all malic acid & sticky soda. Very faint tannins.

Not horrible. Though none of these session meads from B Nectar have been any good.

Undated bottle shared by Brian on 5/4/25.
This predates the name change of the beer and is still labeled Necromangocon.
Clear, pale.
Mango still present, surprisingly. Warm honey tones and no alcohol. Pepper folded in to the yeast character.
Old, stale, tired. The sulfite and sorbate ensuring the beer won't age gracefully. Flat honey sweetness with mild pepper and fruit. Very low acid. Seems it would be rather sweet when young.
