Draught at Annafest09. Good refreshing malty flavour. Mild hop note, mild sweetness. Touch of alcohol in the finish. Looks dark golden in the mug. Big stable rocky tan head.

Clear golden with a medium white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malty notes and hints of hops. Sweet flavour with malty and caramelish notes. Finished bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is dry grassy and hoppy bitter aroma. Grassy and bitter flavoured. Mild malty note. Bitter and slight grassy finish.

Barrel@GBBF2009. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is quite grassy, yeasty and mouldy along with some maltyness. Flavour is caramel malts, some sweetish wooden notes as well as quite balanced herbal notes. Grassy finish.

Bottled. Hazy deep orangeish brown colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is caramel, some wheat and mildly spicy and herbal notes. Flavour is caramll, some mild spices, wheat and some nice fudgeish notes.

Bottled (at Chriso, BB 11/2009, bottle from GBBF). Dark nut brown color, medium-sized beige head. Banana nose with some vegetably notes. Toasted overriped banana flavor. Light hops in the finish. Quite tasty sweetish dunkelweizen. Medium-bodied.

Draught@GBBF. Clear amber color, steady beige head, some lace. Grassy, scaringly toasted dark bread aroma with hints of diacetyl. Grassy, woody, sticky and harsh flavor. Aroma is much more promising than the actual flavor. Sweet grassy hoppy aftertaste.

Bottle, brought from Hirschaid. Cherry lemonade in the aroma. Cherry lemonade and marzipan in the flavor, pushing away the more beery parts in this drink. Sweet, is barely able to attack the thirst. Aspartame notes. Even small Franconian breweries can’t ignore the preferences of teenage girls, it seems.

Bottle 50cl. @ home.Clear medium to light dark yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, malt sweet. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20081014]
