Can from the LCBO. Clear copper pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is bready, metallic and light grass. Medium bitter, light mouth feel, soft carb, bready, toffee finish with a mineral aftertaste.

This blonde poured just that, light hazy yellow colour with a bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include malt, minimal pineapple and a little citrus with honey. First swig was smooth and creamy with lighter flavours. Tastes of light citrus, honey, corn and a little pineapple. Finish is a wee bit hop bitterness with the flavours of hops lingering.

This pale ale poured a golden amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include light toast, caramel, honey, must and very small hint of vinegar. First swig was smooth and malty with flavours of malt, light toast, caramel and a little cardboard. Finish has bitter malt flavour with light hop flavour lingering.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy yellow, with a small white head. Super grassy, with se solid cereals. Full mouth feel, creamy carb. Medium bitterness, grassy, slightly bready finish. Lacks bright, and lightness, a bit too heavy.

This golden ale poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a creamy, white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include yeast, citrus, ripe fruit and tea. First swig was really good and smooth. Flavours of vanilla, tea, ripe fruit and orange creamsicle? Finish is lightly bitter with citrus hop flavour lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include coffee, malt, dark toast, chocolate and vanilla. First swig was smooth and delicious with flavours of cocoa, vanilla, burnt toast and a little malt. Finish is smokey with a little hop bitterness lingering.

This English ale poured a golden amber colour with a creamy, off white head with nice lacing. Scents include biscuit, bread and honey and a little tea. First swig was not as malty as expected but delicious nonetheless. Flavours of malt, biscuit, tea and light hops most prominent. Finish is malt and bread.

His dark lager poured a deep red colour with a creamy light brown head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, medium toast and light coffee. First swig was delicious and creamy with flavours of coffee, dark cocoa, caramel most prominent. Finish is really roasty with coffee and light hop flavours lingering.

This Märzen poured a beautiful clear, amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Scents include sweet malt, light spice, little biscuit and light cardboard. First swig was nice and malty. Sweeter on the palate with nice caramel flavours. Finish is slightly spiced with those caramel flavours lingering.
