On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has light tropical fruits and sweet citrus with a bit of light sweet grain underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus and a bit of melon with earthy sweet grains backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy straw and light hay with a bit of light bread underlying. Flavor has light sweet grains and straw with a growing hay presence.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear straw yellow with a gold hue and a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has earthy wheat and grain with a bitter lemon supporting. Flavor has same earthy wheat and grain note with lemon in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a combination of coffee and hay with just a touch of straw coming through. Flavor has coffee throughout supported my straw and hay notes.

This bock poured a deep dark red colour with a creamy, off white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, nuts, toast, alcohol and a little Christmas cake. First swig was smooth, thick and roasty. Boozy, woody, malt and light whiskey. Finish is malty with light bitterness and a little smoke lingering.
A red copper brown ale with a thin light mocha head. In aroma, crisp caramel malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, herbaceous. In mouth, caramel malt with resinous hops, light mineral notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at brewery.

A dark reddish brown porter with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with coffee grind, musty character, light vanilla, pleasant. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt with dark fruits, light coffee, pleasant and smooth.
