Our commander-in-chief Mr Dhillon had a dream of brewing beautifully crafted beer and started building his team to achieve this. Joined by Pedro our Head Brewer with a wealth of experience in the brewing industry, and with Gordon taking control of Sales and Marketing, the journey commenced.

18/10/2018. Cask at the Robin Hood Beer & Cider Festival 2018, Nottingham. Pours hazy golden orange in colour with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma of flowers, fruit, hops and sweet malt. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice level of bitterness to finish.

Clear dark brown colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, dark malt, caramel, vegetables notes. Cask-conditioned at the Chelsea, Easton, Bristol 26/8/2017. Deep amber in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Red berries, a hint of citrus, bready malts and some leafy hops, before a moderately bitter finish. A solid best bitter.
