And the next 0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Pale golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, small one finger foamy white head. Soft grainy with a lot of citrus on the nose. Taste also grainy, some malt and caramel, some bitterness, all on the low side. Easy to drink, so that´s what it should be.

Many thanks to Gabriel for this. Creamy white head on a cloudy pale golden coloured body. Minimal, citrus & chalky aroma. Medium bodied, smooth g soft on the tongue with a cloying thinner back. Citrus, melon, stone fruit & zesty tastes with a tangy finish. Solid.

Many thanks to Gabriel. Large rocky white head on still clear golden coloured body. Fruity, berry & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, soft & fluffy on the tongue with a dry back. Malt, bread, cereal, stone fruit tastes with a lightly hopped bitter finish. Nice one.

0,33 l swing top bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy and very pale yellow golden in the glass with a more than one finger white foamy head. Pale grainy aroma, little bit grassy fruity. Taste starts grassy with citrus, caramel and smooth pale grainy. Below average carbonated. Low but present hop bitterness. Easy drinker.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy yellow golden with a steady fine foamy two finger white head in the glass. You can´t expect more. Banana and orange on the nose, yeast and pale grain. Taste starts with a banana sulfur mix, some orange and yeast, little bit dry. Nice southern german standard Hefe Weizen.

Many thanks to Gabriel. Creamy white head stayed on a hazy golden coloured body. Banana & herbal aroma. Medium bodied, foamy, dry & cloying. Sweet citrus, Parma Violets, banana, clove & yeast tastes with a fruity finish. Nice drinker.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Now listed with 5.3 abv. Clear light golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grassy malty aroma with metallic elements. Taste is malty with caramel, little bit citrus. Increasing mid bitterness in the second part. Okay.
