500ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Weak, grainy, minimally strawy, pale malty aroma, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is mildly bitter, slightly floral hoppy and minimally grainy, bready and spicy, pale malty. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Very clean, fairly hoppy - nice.

Bottle. Deep golden color, white head. Flavor is super malty with tons of cereal and straw, mild juicy, some berries and cornflakes. Brady body, strong cereal presence here, in the landbier range. minimal bitterness, rather malty, sugary, smooth, clean malty finish.

0.5 l bottle from 'Getränke Kosmol', 7.1% abv, best before May 2024. Hazy, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather yeasty-spicy, quite fruity aroma of lots of banana, clove, pear, mirabelle and honey. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, fairly yeasty-spicy, rather fruity taste of massive banana, clove, pear, mirabelle, honey and light grains, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, minimally boozy finish. Medium body, smooth and quite effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Lovely Weizenbock, astonishingly fruity, quite outspoken. Could only be a little thicker.

Sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy aroma, notes of banana, pear, hints of clove, a touch of mustard seed; slightly ephemeral sweet- and fruitiness. Taste is minimally bready, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and yeasty spicy, notes of banana and clove, a touch of pear, low residual sweetness, hints of fruit acidic tartness, some bitter hop. Minimally creamy, watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Surprisingly dry, relatively spicy - a bit unconventional but profitably so.
