5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy bright yellow with light sparkle, ring of off-white head with trace lacing. Aroma is strong citrus and candy. Taste is strong dominant pineapple over citrus. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and dry yeasty finish. Overall, taste is the star with good strength and sweetness. But, not conventional look or finish of DNEIPA.

5 oz. pour on tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with finger-width light beige nitro head and no lacing. Aroma is strong coffee and roasted malt. Taste is strong earthy roasted malt and coffee. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with lingering moderate bitterness. Overall, matches description well. Not complex but good strength. More on the earthy side than I’d like.

Aroma is strong citrus and pine (lightly reminiscent of cat piss). Taste is strong resin pine moving to light citrus, yeast and cracker. Mouthfeel is light side of light to medium bodied with smooth frothy texture soft carbonation and dry bitter finish. Overall, not super bitter but dominated by resin. Decent.

Draught at the brewery, 7/29/21.
Heavily hazy, copper-bronze-golden with a small, dense, well-retained, white head.
Juicy orange, light bubble gum and clean, crisp, not resinous pine notes create an alluring, seemingly nicely-balanced aroma. Maltiness is moderate with light honey and bread. No booze or hop twang. Maybe a touch excess bubble gum.
Juicy and malty with good attenuation and a nice balance of citrus, pine and light-to-moderate bitterness. I like the balance here; not just a glass of sweet orange juice. Bread, honey and a touch of caramel with light bubble gum, mango and piney bitterness on the finish. Nice!

Draught at the brewery, 7/29/21.
Lightly cloudy, soft-pink with a pink-tinged, beige head showing moderately-low retention.
Cherry acids in the nose are pretty fully attenuated adding just a skin-like tartness/acidity. Wheat and oat add blandness/cereal character and there's a pinch of lactic acid on the very end.
Sort of corn-like at points, perhaps from the oats? Not sure. Dry, very well-attenuated with no residual cherry sugar. Mostly just cherry-like acidity mixing with lactic acid. Simple. Fine.
