6 oz cask at Cask On! Treatment with cold brew, coffee, and cacao nibs. Aroma is coffee without question mild chocolate hints. Flavor is right. Body is a tad on the flimsy side. Thin. Meh.

Tap taster at Keep NH Brewing. Clear bright yellow, no sparkle, thin cap of white head & no lace. Aroma is strong coffee. Taste is strong coffee, sweet malt. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Like a blond stout. I like it.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Very cloudy, lemon-orange. Small, white head quickly to ring. Juicy hops with fruity yeast. A bit of cracker. Orange, mandarin, mango. Fruity, fairly bright, clean. Soft, maybe a bit buttery, very crackery with lots of yeast in suspension adding an oily feel. But good enough hop notes of pine, grapefruit and mango. Mild bitterness. Drinkable with decent maltiness and good attenuation.

Draft: Poured a clear pale yellow color lager with a medium white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some corn notes and light residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of cereal notes with some sweet notes and corn notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Not a big fan of corn malt in my lager.

Draft: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a thin foamy head with limited retention or lacing. Aroma of smoked tart notes with some salty notes. Taste is a mix of salty notes with some smoked tart notes for a unique mix of flavors. Body is light with good carbonation. Interesting but I wouldn’t drink significant quantities.

Draft: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with some juicy hops undertones and light tropical undertones. Taste is also a mix of juicy hops undertone with some citrusy notes and light bitter finish. Body is pretty full for style with good carbonation. Good but doesn’t have the juicy explosiveness that I am looking for in the style.
