16 ounce can. Probably seven or eight months old. Aroma is decent east phenolics with clove and spice. Flavor follows with a pronounced Belgian yeast strain. Style. I see very in frequently now.

16 oz can. Amber in color, thin head in the glass. Aroma shows an elevated malt bill with the baked bread yeast showing underneath.
Flavor has white bread. Slightly bolder malt bill with the yeast showing a bit. Body is slightly above light with some earthy tones lingering.

Cask at Cask On! 4 oz cask pour. Aroma is very soft banana and yeast. Little bit of easters. Banana and esters are mild in the flavor. Light herb finish. Well done.

Cask at at Cask On, 3/23/25.
Very cloudy....waxy-bronze. small, white head.
Very very estery with light clove, unripe peach and apricot. Lots of white pepper. Fairly clean overall. Biscuity-crackery malt.
A bit yeasty still, but thankfully the yeast tastes good, adding some body and not too much blandness, no bitterness. Fruity and soft with stone fruits, pepper and biscuit. Quite clean.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Clear, dark mahogany. Small, beige head immediately to ring. Coffee, nutty, creamy oat, clean yeast with light fruitiness, light chocolate and a bit of caramel. Fruity, lightly acidic, lighter bodied with soft oatmeal. Bit of sweetness, lots of toast and bitter roast. Good balance. Wish there was a bit more body. But very clean flavors.
