16 oz can. This is everything I love in the Nelson Sauvin hop. White grape, straw, and soft touches of herb. The white grape in the herb or balanced perfectly. Shows a little bit of juice, character, and very easy to drink. REAL good.

16 oz can. Aroma, baked, bread, coffee, and some earthy spice. Flavor follows. Medium plus embody with some nice small depth. Nicely surprised with this Marzen.

Draught at Rambling House, 9/17/23. Heavily hazy, brass-bronze-maize. White head steadily to ring. Heavy Citra in the nose shows juicy orange, light pineapple and mango. Maybe some Simcoe or something like that too, adding light pine, wood, etc...cracker and biscuit balances easily. Soft, juicy, malty, great attenuation. Ample bitterness but no resin. Wood, oranges, pine and a soft, yeasty body with fruity esters and lingering citrus. Very clean and snappy.

Can pour from The Beer Store, Salem. It's a cloudy yellow with ring of off-white head. Aroma is strong citrus, fruit. Taste is strong citrus, grape. Mouthfeel is smooth, light-to-medium bodied with soft carbonation. Overall, good strength of aroma and flavor. Enjoyable.

Can, undated, drunk 9/16/23. White gold. Very hazy. White head instantly to ring. White grape, gooseberry, mineral touch of tangerine rind and plentiful sulfur. Cracker and biscuit balance gently. Clean. Soft, crackery, light-bodied, somewhat thin though the Nelson is really well-done. Passion fruit, white grape, light gooseberry. White bread, simple sugar. Clean, no resin. But just a bit thin/watery/washed out for me.
Thanks Tom aroma is nice, fruit, grapeskin, love me that nelson. Taste is delicious, balanced, smooth, soft, flavorful. This is great.

16 oz can. The aroma has a pleasant malt and mild yeast character. Medium in body from solid bread like malt backbone. Finishes a bit sweet with a light hop to balance it. Well made.
