Brewery draught, 3/5/23. Turbid, blonde-orange juice. Small, white head to ring. Nose is tropical, earthy, light white wine, lots of lime and spice. Sparse cracker malts, no alcohol or resin. Super sparse, crackery malts, very dry overall with strong bitterness. Lime and tropical but just not the malt depth needed to support the hops, and really no malt depth at all. Overly dry, crackery. Hops are done well but the malt is so severely lacking.

Brewery draught, 3/5/23. Dark, cola-amber tinged. Beige head to ring. Nice mineral and a bit of chocolate, earth and floral hops with a bit of tropical character. Clean, hints of clove but it's super light. Soft, malty, good attenuation, low specialty malt with just a touch of light chocolate and caramel. Vanilla, tropical fruit, floral notes and light mineral. Not massively saison-y, but also no crude esters/phenols.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Nitro version is opaque black with cap of light brown head with excellent retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong sweet malt, chocolate. Taste is strong sweet malt, chocolate, vanilla, light nut/wood and vague bitter tart quality. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, my favorite of the flight. Didn't get much maple though.

5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Appearance is opaque dark yellow-light brown with thin ring of off-white head and trace lacing. Aroma is juicy fruit and lightly dank herb. Taste is strong nondescript fruit and strong grain offset. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, decent strength but lacking a true identity.

Howler in IP exchange with Dave (and Scott). Offwhite retaining head-murky gold. Sweet citrus and melon. T-follows, crushable.

On tap at the source. Dark brown/black in color with a wispy tan head that recedes. Aroma of light roast and earthy spicy hops. Flavors of aspirin and green vegetal hop hatter with faint roast in the background. Wow that is harsh, needs work!

On tap at the source. Hazy bright lemon color with no head when it got to the table. Tart puckering metallic. Lemony tart with almost no peach evident. This one was rough.
