Bottle, courtesy of Erzengel, shared at Ganz with Undos and Gabor. Egyetlen (nagy) hibaja, hogy szenne van karbonizalva, pedig ezt leszamitva mufajan belul kozel lehetne a tokeleteshez. Eszteres, kisse fenolos fuszeresseg, visszafogott gyogynovenyes kesernye, gazdag, de megis szaraz test. Szep munka meg igy is.

Ahhoz kepest hogy mennyire egydimenzios es kisse egyszeru, valahogy meg mindig az itthoni nagyuzemi cuccok felett van minosegben. Mezes, gabonas edesseg jellemzi mind az izet mind qz illatat, nem is nagyon jon mas. Kozepesen testes, atlagos karbonizacioval.

Schönes Bier von der Brauerei Bruch, das aufgrund seiner Frische im Sommer noch besser schmeckt . Noch besser vom Fass. Hellgelb und hefetrüb, gemischtporige mäßig stabile Blume. Im Duft und im Geschmack hopfig-zitrisch mit einer schönen Säure, die das Bier ungemein frisch und süffig macht, relativ trocken, leicht würzig und eine deutliche sehr gut integrierte Bittere im Abgang.

Goldenes Hefeweizen mit dichter, feinporiger, mäßig stabiler Blume. Äußerst fruchtig mit viel Banane und leichten Pfirsicharomen, dezente Würzigkeit im Hintergrund. Süßlich, sehr stark karbonisiert. Insgesamt kein anspruchsvolles Weizenbier, das aber ungemein frisch und süffig ist.

Kerniges Pils, ziemlich würzig, relativ mild gehopft. Schmeckt, zumindest mir, viel besser, seit es in Kirn gebraut wird. Es bleibt abzuwarten, wie sich das Bier mit der neuen Braustätte in Neunkirchen entwickeln wird.
