Draught @ the brewery (June 2024). Faintly cloudy lemon yellow with a small frothy off-white head, faint citrusy aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus peel taste, thin body, long citrus peel finish. Decent.

Draught @ the brewery (June 2024). Faintly cloudy dark amber-copper with a small foamy off-white head, caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, bitter caramel-toffee taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent.

Draught @ the brewery (June 2024). Dark brown with faint red highlights, small creamy beige head, mocha aroma, medium carbonation, bitter coffee/burnt malt taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Nice stout.

Draught @ the brewery (June 2024). Hazy dark red with a very small frothy whitish head, faint raspberry aroma, low carbonation, mildly tart malty berry/grape taste, somewhat thick body, long finish. Interesting brew reminding me of Sangria.

Brewery draught, 11/26/23. Not hazy, glassy golden-brass. Small, white head. Nose is fruity yeast with juicy citrus and lemony lemondrop. Lightly malty with biscuit and white bread. Touch of pine. Juicy, citrusy, a bit bitter and with a soft, creamy texture with good maltin ss and attenuation. Pretty clean.

Brewery draught, 11/26/23. Clear, deep brass-copper. Small, white head to ring steadily. Stinky, sweaty, earthy fresh hops are actually quite charming. Maltiness shows a good mix of base and crystal. Clean, no booze, flaw. Softer without too much crystal texture. Herbal, earth, leafy, mineral. Getting better as it warms. Clean. Malty, importantly. Good attenuation. Promising.
