Bottle. Hazy, quite pale. Big coriander aroma, with hints of grapefruit. Dry and spicy with a splash of wheaty character and a pithy citrus note. Another winner from an impressive new brewery.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. Dry beer; aroma and flavor are very herbal, like rosemary and some heather, sage, mint; the flavor is also spicy, there is some bitter orange peel, and also traces of vegetables.
Some people may like it, and technically it doesn’t seem flawed, but it’s really not my thing.
