Cloudy pale blond color with compact head. Nice aroma, white bread, malt, sweet. Smooth and dry mouthfeel, a bit weak; it has a mild flavor of white bread, cornmeal, with fresh accent (touch of coriander); low bitterness.

Pours a clear deep copper with a generous two finger off white head that leaves nice lace. Nose is light pine and citrus with a prominent rye spice. good caramel balance up front to support a moderate bitterness starting in the middle and accented by a building spiciness in the end. Medium mouth with average carbonation.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber colour with a small creamy white head. Light berry aroma. Light berry flavour with some malt and just a hint of wheat. Light body, watery texture and flat to soft carbonation.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out some dank earthy notes, along with rye and pepper. Flavour is really unbalanced - it initially focuses on notes of rye and earthy hops, and finishes on cloyingly sweet caramel sweetness. Rather nasty actually after a while. Not good.

Amber color, clear, with creamy head. Solid IPA, robust, with prominent resiny hops, some less hop fruitiness, and a mild spicy character from the rye. Moderate residual sweetness.
Nice beer, but a bit too rustic to be on top of my preferences.

Hazy light tan. Very thin bubbly head. Aroma has lots of bubblegummy aromas but the taste is quite a bit more convoluted. Sweet, bitter...not coming together. Phenols are random, esters, too. None of this makes sense, it’s just a bunch of stuff in a glass.

The mouthfeel is round and smooth; good flavor of caramel with a chocolate accent, moderate residual sweetness; not much wheat character, but getting slightly drier at the end; correct bitterness; vague fruity impression across it too.

Poured from 650mL bottle. Clear, pale yellow with dissipating white head. Aroma of light grain bread, mild yeast and coriander. Very wheaty taste with a little cereal grain. Light body, not much of a finish. Nothing bad or off about the beer, just quite uninspired and bland.
