Pint split two ways at the brewery. Appearance opaque, dark yellow with no sparkle, finger-width foamy off-white head with fair retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong herbal and citrus with sweet vanilla quality. Taste is moderately strong orange, melon rind, grapefruit, piney bitter. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste with moderate lingering bitterness. Overall, aroma bests taste and a bit bitter in the finish.

Pint split two ways at the brewery. Appearance is opaque black with light sparkle, finger-width khaki head with good retention and nice soapy lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt and bit of milk chocolate. Taste is subtle sweet and bitter roasted malt. Mouthfeel is medium side of light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and crisp finish as taste with lingering roasted bitterness. Overall, not complex and taste is less strong than aroma.

On tap at the source. Dark yellow/light gold in color with a frothy white head that shows moderate retention. Bready honey maltiness with earthy spice and floral hops to counter. Nice brew!

7 ounce draft at the brewery. I am a hard critic after 1500 or so stouts. But... well made. No flaws and good flavor for the gravity. Another easy to drink brew from this establishment. (Hell, I would have to count all the styles to know how many I’ve had) anyhow I was pleasantly surprised by the beer at this establishment.

7 ounce draft at the brewery. Aroma has bold pineapple, papaya, pine. In the flavor the pine overrides the fruit. But still a pretty nice balance. Bitterness is low. Nice take on the style.

7 ounce draft at the brewery. Bright hazy golden yellow color. Aroma shows a fruity yeast, mild malt. Fruit in flavor is pretty subtle. Yeast is not over powered by hops or bitterness. Respectable super easy to drink.
