5 oz draft. Littleton Freehouse. Crystal clear in appearance. Very soft Belgian yeast characteristics with mild black pepper. Flavor is yeast, mild sweet malt and ends on light black pepper. No flaw. A touch lean in body. Pretty much what you’re expect in the style.

7 oz draft. Aroma is pineapple and lactic acid. Flavor is both mango + pineapple with a long lingering lactic finish. Exactly as you would expect as in a kettle sour.

Brewery draught, 7/13/23. Heavily hazy, golden-brass. Neat, white head atop. Pine, cherry, spice, leafy, woody notes with biscuit and scant honey in support. Clean yeast with moderate ester. Soft, malty, chewy, quite dry. Biscuit, cracker, wheat-like chewiness and piney bitter ess with orange and cherry also in the mix. Assertive for the style. Clean, no booze or resin.

Brewery draught, 7/13/23. No descriptions online, nor at their brewery, kinda lame, but the place itself was beautiful. This is a traditional saison with a pretty classic pepper-apple-clove-light bubblegum yeast profile. A touch of medium malt gives a nutty, light caramel hint to the bready malt character. Clean, malty, pretty good attenuation. No alcohol or flaw noted.
