Pours pale yellow into an English pint. Bright white soapy head with little retention recedes leaving spider lacing to skim surface. Lemon and hay aromas. Crisp with sweet rice and sourdough upfront turning to earthy spice before the lasting bitter pith finish. Quite a journey from sweet to bitter on this one....
