Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: mild ruddy bronze color with a two finger white foamy head, slides off eloquently and left mild lace
Aroma: somehat juicy with some stonefruity-like hops
Flavor: sweet and juicy through stonefruity hoppy vibes, mild juicy aftertaste
Texture: light bodied, obviously sessionable, smooth juicy finish
Overall: works as a session IPA, I could see myself slamming some of these next Summer by my grill

Can to tulip.
Appearance: amber to violet meshing of color with a quickly dissipating foamy head, no lace
Aroma: hibiscus first then some tart to sour grassy hops
Flavor: hibiscus sweet then with more warmth it opens up to blend with the tart/sour character, a hibiscus sort of aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, not much of any finish but seemed sort of with the hibiscus
Overall: nice to try but I think I would rather try again on draft and preferably next Summer when I believe this could be better at that time.

12 oz can received in a trade with ClarkVV. Much thanks. Aroma is minerals, pils malt and some soft hops. The flavor has some old citrus upfront with the bready malt center. Finish is mild Mandarina Bavaria hops. Crisp texture. Fresh clean finale. Pretty damn good.

Canned 4/3/24, drunk 6/22/24. Lightly hazy blonde ale. Medium-sized, white head steadily to cover. Big mineral, sweat, stinky yeast in a great way (imo). Light herbs, biscuity, grainy malts. Very clean. Dry, biscuity, malty, with pepper and light citrus. Not over-hopped. Love the yeast, high mineral character.

Canned 3/4/24, drunk 6/19/24. Lightly hazy, deep brass. Large but instantly vanishing, white head. Doughy, lactic nose. Bit peppery with scant citrus. Vanilla is actually soft and gently sweet helping ward off the stark lactic acidity. Gentle citrus and lingering, refreshing, balanced acidity. Super, super light, borderline thin. But the flavors are there, without any gross amount of lactic acid punchiness.

Canned 3/4/24, drunk 6/18/24. Dark, clear. Small, light tan head. Is like a light porter or stout. Good bitterness. Moderate to light maltiness. Dry, not thin. Clean. Not over-roasted.

Brewery draught, 6/15/24. Moderately hazy, bright pink-cherry. Small, white head quickly to ring. Juicy peach and hibiscus with good malt and low lactic character. Doesn't seem too sugary. Peachy-tart. Very light, with real fruit character. Not punchy/too lactic, but just very very light, bordering thin. Needs a bit more malt/body.

Brewery draught, 6/15/24. Clear amber. White head quickly to spotty cover. Crusty bread and biscuit. Light honey. Clean. Hint of fruitiness. Little/no hop character. Clean, crusty, bready. Lightly malty/sweet but properly attenuated. I gotta say, I liked the extra hoppiness in the pale Mexican, but this is still well-made.

Brewery draught, 6/15/24. Clear blonde. Spotty, white head. Soft, clean, lightly hoppy. hint of mineral, good graininess to the malt. Not too heavy on the Mandarina. Not too light though. Clean as hell, snappy, pleasingly bitter hops. Malty, just as much as you'd want but not too much to impede drinkability. Good attenuation. Lingering lemon and light floral notes with honey and cracker from the malt.
