Cask On, cask 3/23/25.
Clear orange-ruby. Small, white head.
Citrusy as hell, bright and almost juicy. Must be American hops. Clean. Some brown bread and toast on the end.
Toasted, citrusy, bit too bitter. Med-light bodied with some sweet caramel lingering. Clean, well-hopped, maybe not traditional hopping but well-done and balanced.

Bottle pour shared by AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! Cloudy brown with light sparkle, ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is brandy, caramel, dark fruit. Taste is dark fruit, fig, brandy, caramel. Smooth, soft carbonation, no alcohol burn. Good strength and decent complexity.

500 ml. 2022 vintage bought at the brewery. Aroma is soft fruit of plum, blackberry, and oak. Flavor is pretty good. Lots of fruit hints. Mild oak and a slight bitterness. Quite good!

500mL bottle, undated (allegedly 2022), shared by AirForceHops on 4/12/24. Clear amber. Small, beige head dissipates immediately. Rich and malty with lovely oak and bright blackberry. Juicy, bright and rich. Excellent display of fruit and malt with just enough interesting tannin and fruit. Coconut, oak, berry, no booze. Fruity, malty, juicy and clean with low carbonation and lots of the wood and coconutty tannin. A bit of bitterness on the finish with a hint of light, not hot alcohol. Still pretty decent malt depth and good attenuation, though maybe just a touch too oaky in the flavor. Tough to beat that nose.
Thanks Chris, aroma is fig, leather, berries, oak. Taste follows with nice berry notes at the start and barrel notes in the finish.

8 oz Cask at Cask On! Aroma is indeed, peanut butter and mild chocolate. Marshmallow note in the flavor is mild with some soft peanut butter aftertaste. Body is OK.

Cask pour at Cask.on. Opaque black with ring of head and no lacing. Aroma is strong roasted malt and peanut. Taste follows aroma with chocolate. Smooth, silky texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste.

Cask On, 3/30/24. Clear? Dark. Tan head to frothy cover. Peanut butter is well-done. Good acidity and more peanut. Not really getting fluffy or dark chocolate. But it's clean. Lactose and chocolate acidity with moderate sweetness, a medium body, fair attenuation and lingering bitterness from oily peanut. The malt and peanut butter up front make the beer and it's quite clean.

Undated can drunk 2/24/24. Very dark for a hefe. Copper-bronze. Also clear. Off-white head is healthy-sized, well-retained. Did they can the wrong beer? There is no hefe character here, but rather, it smells clean and malty with light toast, maybe a hint of vanilla and banana. In the mouth it's lightly malty, very dry, and does finally divulge its hefe character. Some banana, some bubblegum, very low clove/spice, which is a nice change of pace. Creamy wheat character with a bit of caramel accent. Unexciting, but well-done/well-made. Great amount of flavor for its size and very clean.

4 oz draft. Flavor is a strange combination of nondescript fruit with herb and a soft herbal flavor. Bitterness is low in the form of herb. Certainly is different. But something doesn’t sit right with it.
