An at home from total wine. Not sure if I’ve had this brewery prior. Clear golden pour and frothy white head. Nose is floral and bready. Tastes of raw dough, floral, some sour malt, over ripe melon. Light bodied.

Pours hazy deep gold into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Tangerine and pine aromas. Sweet with hot caramel, glazed donuts and butterscotch upfront turning to earthy multigrain french toast in the medium length finish.

Undated can from Tfontana, thanks, Tom! Drunk 4/2/24. Clear, bright gold. White head quickly to partial cover. Lightly crisp yeast with a bit of mineral, hay, biscuit and dried herb. Pretty clean. Not overly malty. Very carbonated and prickly. Reasonably malty, quite dry, pretty clean. Some herbal bitterness, lingering biscuit, barley, white bread. Very, very straightforward, but respectably-done.

Can pour from One Stop Market. Lightly hazy golden yellow with tons of sparkle, thin, ephemeral head and no lacing. Aroma is subtle Wheat Thin, champagne yeast and a hint of fruit. Taste is wheat, champagne yeast, mild bitterness. Smooth, somewhat watery texture, soft carbonation and crisp, dry finish as taste. Glad to try this brewer. Well made but wish a style I enjoy more had been available.

16 oz can thanks to a trade with tfontana. Aroma has soft sweet malt with a light hop in the finish to help balance it. Decent balance. Texture and mouthfeel follow this style. Simple beer in a simple style. Better than your Grand Pappy’s Genesee.

Sample at the NH Brewfest in Portsmouth 10/14/23. Pours a mostly clear deep gold color with a huge pillowy white head that persists. Sweet bready with citrus tropical and light pine to counter.
