Pours a slightly hazy yellow from a growler. Faint orange and lime aroma and flavor. Somehow waterier and less flavorful than the non-DDH version. Meh.

Pours a hazy yellow from a crowler. Citrus aroma overwhelms the classic hefe notes but doesn’t clash with them. Similar in the mouth. Good beer.

Pours a hazy orange from a growler. Light tropical fruit/papaya aroma, citrus as well. Flavor is more citrus forward but notes of candied pineapple. Good beer.

Pours a hazy amber orange from a growler. Not a pleasant smell, like feet and raw egg whites. Later didn’t seem quite as strong, more like a tart acidity. Flavor avoids the unpleasantness, the tartness is nice with the mango and lemon. Okay beer.
