Undated can from Dr fabulous, drunk 12/18/23. Honey-rich caramel-amber. Large, well-retained, off-white head. Clear. Caramel, oranges, rich honey and peppery phenols with hops more an afterthought it seems. Clean, no resin or booze. Clean and malty with a nice dose of sticky, not too sweet honey up front. Adds marmalade and pepper to the rich malt and citrusy hops. More honey fermentation character on the finish with zesty orange and a dry finish. Don't usually like honey beers but this is very respectable.

Shaker pint draft at Narrow Path Brewing Co. in Loveland, Ohio. The pour is a mostly clear golden copper with a foamy ½ inch off white head. The aroma is resin and herbal. The taste is the herbal and resin hops, with a bit of cracker malt and grapefruit citrus in the back. The palate is medium to light bodied with soft carbonation and the resin bitter citrus finish. Nice.
