Taster pour at the brewery. Starting off, I like that the name makes you work for it a little bit. Appearance is cloudy yellow with mild sparkle, with small head with fair retention and mild lacing. Aroma is tropical fruit, pineapple, herb. Taste is strongly herbal. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a very different aroma from taste that adds some complexity but would like a bit more fruit in the taste.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear medium brown (like root beer) with nice sparkle, beige head and nice lacing. Aroma is bread and mild roasted malts. Taste is lightly smoky roasted malts, slightly bitter. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, average carbonation and clean finish. Overall, competent but not stellar. Neither complex nor strong.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is clear yellow with decent sparkle, thin ring of off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is herbal with malt backbone. Taste is strong floral, yeasty, ends with cracker malts--nice malt/hop balance. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with frothy texture, average carbonation and dry finish as taste. Overall, competent but unspectacular. Not getting all the advertised fruit notes.

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is hazy gold/light brown with nice sparkle, thin ring of off-white head and trace lacing. Aroma is citrus and grapefruit. Taste is citrus, grapefruit over cracker malts with nice sweet/bitter balance. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and fairly dry, lightly bitter finish. Overall, could be stronger but a nice session.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7

Taster pour at the brewery. Appearance is cloudy yellow-orange with nice sparkle, thin cap of off-white head and fair lacing. Aroma is dank, earthy, vegetal. Taste is vegetal, mildly tart, earthy bitterness. Palate is light-to-medium bodied with thin, frothy texture, soft carbonation and dry, bitter finish. Overall, pretty standard APA. I'd like it more if had some other/additional hops--addition of a citrus or fruit element.
