On tap at Hi-Fidelity Portland. Amberish coloured, minimal off-white head, grainy and light caramel in the nose. Weak malty, caramel, light bready and nutty touch with distinct watery finish. Interesting place but the only one beer from time to time is available here and tastes like homebrew.

Sample at the brewery pours a cola brown, beige head. Huge roasty nose, burnt toast, sausage, wood smoke. Flavor is malty, smokey, rubbery. Some sweet notes. Just off dry. Long finish.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, dark. Small, dark beige head. Nose is heavy woodsmoke. Cindery, charred, not salty. Timid malts. Same flavors. Just a bit thin on the malt here at Hi-Fi. Dry and woody. Love the smoke, don't love the thin body. Clean, at least.

Brewery draught, 9/19/24. Clear, light, copper-amber. Small, off-white head quickly to ring. Timid but clean. Toast, light fruit, lots of mineral and lightly earthy hops. Fruity with heavy yeast. A bit papery, as in not very softly malted with dry, paper-like textures. It's clean, the yeast shows good fruitiness and mineral but I want more malt comfort/depth, yes, even at 3.4%
