Brewery draught, 8/17/24. Darker amber. Clear. Still. Fruity nose with soft spice and roast. No booze. Again super fruity in the mouth with almost a prune and plum character from the ancho. Flavorful through the middle with ample, but controlled heat building lightly on the finish. Raisin, tobacco and sherry notes linger alongside spice. No booze. Bone dry. Not syrupy.

Draught at the brewery, 8/17/24. Small bit of white foam atop a clear, beeswax. Nose has the most raw honey of the three I tried that evening. Mineral and spicy phenols. Clean, no alcohol. Very rustic. Spicy with a pinch of sweet honey but drying fully alongside mineral and phenol. Rustic and gently carbonated.

Draught at the brewery, 8/17/24. Clear, darker mahogany. Smells plummy, with a hint of tobacco and a smidgeon of molasses. No booze. In the mouth it's fruity, bone dry, with a touch of smokey caramel, plum skin and vanilla. Dry and drinkable with no syrupiness or alcohol.
