16 oz draft at the brewery. Aroma of earthy grain and toffee. Flavor follows. Medium body with a toasted grain finish.Not a huge red ale drinker so maybe others will like it?

12 oz draft at the brewery. Aroma of soft chocolate and ash. Flavor is mostly the same. Thinner body. Light. Hard to find coffee.

Brewery draught, 7/7/24. Hazy. Well-retained, dense, beige head. Butter, butter toffee, lots of fruity yeast. Similar flavor with a very buttery character. Nice, thick, malty body and good attenuation. Very fruity.

Brewery draught, 7/7/24. Dark, clear, small head. Some coffee, not too much roast in the nose. A bit of chocolate. Clean. Clean again. Light bodied, chocolatey and without over roasted or stale coffee notes. But veeeerrrry light.

Brewery draught, 7/7/24. There is something weird here. Be it Diacetyl or yeast autolysis, it's very waxy-buttery-pladticy. Some honey remains but is mostly fermented out. Peppery. Light, dry.
