Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Nealy clear yellow, white head. Aroma has citrus, light coriander. Sweet citrus flavour, a little yeast, a little spice.

Taster flight @ the source. Pours a mostly clear deep amber colour and a dense off white head. Aroma's: malty, red fruit, caramel. Retronasal: sweet, red fruit/peardrops. Flavour is rather sweet. Medium bodied. A bit too sweet for the style.
Re-rate with a bottle (as Roggenbock), tht 15-10-2026 (enjoyed 18-01-2025). Pours a clear ruby brown body and a dense light beige head with long retention. Aroma's: malts and red fruit, retronasal it's sweet, red fruit. Flavour : above moderate malty sweet, brown sugar. Medium bodied. Finishes with some caramel and light bitterness. Moving up from 6.1 to 6.8.

Taster flight @ the source. Pours a light hazy golden yellow colour and a very dense/stiff shite head with good retention. Aroma's: fruity, light grain, also a little sweet retronasal. Flavour is a bit malty sweet with light bitterness. Light bodied. Finishes slightly dry, light bitter.

Retronasal it's fruity, sweetish, bitterish, caramel malts. Flavour is light sweet'n' bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with a light herbal bitterness.

Taster flight @ the source. Pours a golden blonde colour, slightly hazy. Small but dense head. Aroma's: grainish, fruity. Retronasal it's fruity, caramel malt, yeasty. Flavour is light sweet, malty, light bitter. Light bodied. Finishes with a delicate bitterness. Not bad at all.
