Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yngwie. Pours an almost clear amber with a lively off-white head. A little leathery nose, some unclean fruits as well. Medium body, a little too carbonated, some caramel but also somewhat astringent with a phenollic touch. Finishes dry. 090710

Bottled. An over carbonated hazy amber beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma has notes of citrus, hops, and something else. The flavor is sweet with notes of phenol, burnt plastic, malt, caramel, and elderflowers - hmm - something wrong here.

500ml bottle, batch 21, carried home from Fenaknoken in Oslo and shared with friends in Tromsø just before going to the match between TIL and AaFK. Hazy, brown-red body with a low, off-white head. Smell of dark chocolate malts. Nutty-chocolate malts in flavour with mild roastiness to it. Discreet dry bitter ending. Thin to medium bodied. Just alright (Tromsø, 04.07.2010).

500ml bottle, batch 20, bought at Fenaknoken in Oslo and shared with Leif and Finn. Slightly foggy, golden-amber body with a film-type layer. Smooth malt-fruity smell. Lighter taste of bittersweet fruits added by fruity yeastiness. Dry ending and easy to drink. Accepted (Tromsø, 04.07.2010).

Bottle@Norway. Cloudy bronze beer with a light head. The aroma is gently hopped, and the flavour is mildly roasted, hopped and bitter. Overall a reasonable quite an English bitter style beer.

Bottle. Very dark brown beer, almost black with a very light head. The aroma is roasted, milky and bitter - very much stout like. The flavour is deeply roasted and quite bitter with a slightly watery mouth feel. Overall a reasonable nicely roasted and bitter beer.
