Description
The Locale Microbrewery is a business created out of the frustrations and realizations of lockdown. Indeed, during the Covid lockdown, drinks and evenings with friends were forbidden, and while these convivial moments were sometimes recreated via video calls, this wasn't enough to compensate for the frustration linked to isolation, and they were missed by many people, especially Maxence and Douglas, the creators of Locale Microbrewery. They combined this need for conviviality with the growing ecological and social awareness that accompanied the lockdown to create a responsible local beer that promotes local sourcing and short supply chains, aiming to remove the guilt associated with responsible enjoyment.

Bottle on 11th December 2021 received as a gift from fellow beer lover in Paris. Pours strong, clear amber with the shallowest of foam. Leafy hop aroma with caramel malt. Nutty malts and sweet fruits in-mouth, with a return of the leafy hops joining these in the finish. Full bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.
