On tap at Fulton, pours an amber-tinged deep dark brown / near-black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy coffee out front, atop light toffee and bready malt. Flavour is similar, with toasted malt, light caramel and earthy coffee. Gentle stuff, but clean and easy. Not bad.

On tap at Fulton, pours a reddish dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted nuts and a hint of bready malt - vert light on the nose. Flavour is along the same lines, tasting very English, with medium toasted malt and a touch of toffee. Gentle and easy drinking. Not bad.

On tap at Fulton, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out maple syrup, a little coffee, and some lactose. Flavour is along the same lines, with the maple syrup being pretty subtle, and instead showcasing the coffee and cocoa. Moderate sweetness. Pretty good.

On tap at Fulton, pours a clear golden with a small white Hearn. Aroma has a bit of diacetyl, with piney hops and biscuity malt in back. Flavour is a bit tainted with butter too, with biscuity malt and subdued piney hops in back. Needs fixing.

On tap at Fulton, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of piney hops in classic west coast style, with biscuity malt. Flavour is vibrant, with lots of bold piney hops dominating, backed by crisp biscuity malt. Piney and assertive. Very good.

Can pours out a murky dull golden orange with a thin coarse off white head. Big up front pithy and piney hop aroma and flavor. Lingering firm bitter bite, more than the listed 35 IBU led me to expect. Malty and smooth and pretty big at 7.5%
