On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear light gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of earthy grass and grains with a bit of hay and a hint of pine underlying. Flavor has light pine and earthy grass with a bit of hay and light grains backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has slightly dank citrus and light mango with a bit of apricot underlying. Flavor has dank citrus and lemongrass with a bit of mango and some sweet grains backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy dirty yellow with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of dank tropical fruits and slightly earthy citrus with a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor has dank and slightly earthy tropical fruits with a growing citrus and some cookie in the finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine and a hint of citrus rind with a light bread backbone. Flavor has a nice pine note with grass, slightly earthy citrus and bread backing.

In the can the aromas are roast and dark malt, but in the glass add in metallic and a little mineral. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, thankfully not overly sweet, kind of a workingman's stout, straightforward balanced and accessible. Good stuff actually. In an uninspired way.

On tap at Runyons. Pours near black with a grayish brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma is roast forward with a slight smokiness and an earthy dark grain backbone. Flavor has earthy dark grains and earthy and dry roast with a hint of chocolate backing.
