Small fizzy shortlasting head, slightly dirty hazy reddish color. Aroma is fresh fruity, sour raspberries, grass, raspberry candy, caramel, hay, grain, minerals, bark, hints of alcohol. Taste is slightly dry fruity, kveik, raspberries, grass, minerals, hay, berry skin, fruit stones, bark, grain, paper. Medium bitterness, slightly dry fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Rødbrun farge med offwhite skum som blir liggende. Lukter av grape, mandarin og noe krydder. Medium fylde og medium karbonert. Litt oljete i munnfølelse. Bitter og lang avslutning.

Fra fat (planke) på Apollon, sammen med Håkon, Ida og Filip: klar kobbergylden med ok skum. Nydelig, fruktig aroma og smak med plenty av tropiske frukter, litt fersken, granskudd og bær. Saftig smak i en god maltkropp, velbalansert med høy forfriskningsfaktor og stor glede.

Fra fat på Apollon, Bergen: lett uklar kobbergylden med utmerket skum. Forførerisk anslag både i aroma og smak med alle de vanlige apa-kjennetegnene i form av lassevis av tropiske frukter, hint av blomster og krydderurter. Meget velkomponert, flott balanse og en lang, fruktig ettersmak med deilig sødme og fin bitterhet.

On tap @ Una. This is a slightly cloudy looking golden colored one. A nice medium sized just off-white head. Lots of lacings. Smells really peachy and sweet. Superb actually. Really hoppy, slightly tropical. A really inviting and delicious aroma. Tastes all the same. Peachy and almost a little tropical. Hints of pineapple, citrus peel. Delicious. 20.05.2017

0.33l can. My first quad from a can? I think so. Anyhow, I pours a really deep dark copper or bronze even colored super cloudy looking body with a small quickly fading totally gone bubbly head. On the nose it's really pleasant. Sweet raisin, dried fruits all the way. Sticky caramel, fudge and a little alcohol. Nutty also. Traces of cola. Yeah this smells really good. Tastes quite nice also. A little dryer than I though. It has a just above average carbonation level and a mild oily texture in the mouth. No traces of the relatively high alcohol until the aftertaste. It's smoothish, dried berry infused. Lots of dark sugary caramelly tones. Cola nut and a little wild yeasty forest tone the finish. Well masked abv. Yeah, I quite like this first tasted canned quad. 19.05.2017

On tap @ Apollon. This one has a mild blurry deep caramel golden colored body with a small softly lacing white head on the top. On the nose it's definitely tuti frutti tropical, peachy sweet and really inviting. Wow this smells absolutely superb. Some fresh green canned pear, red sweet apple. Really good smelling. Tastes really nice also. Superb balanced, it has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's just below average on the carbonation. Sweet peachy and mildly hopped. Slightly dryish in the finish. Lacks a tad of the freshness of the fantastic nose, but this is one's of those you can just drink lots of. Nice! 19.05.2017

Taste is slightly dry grassy, leafs, hay, flowers, sap, bark, lawn, moss, grain, fruit stones, citrus peel, paper, hints of medicine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly watery and harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.

On tap @ Henrik. Wow, smells superb this. A tropical rush of aromas. Peachy sweet, pineapple and a ton of apricot sweetness. The beer itself is a cloudy honey orange one and it has a nice big old off-white head sticking on the top. This is how a pale ale should smell. Super lightdrinkable, but it lacks that freshness and fruitiness in the aroma. It's mild oily in the mouth and it's just about average on the carbonation. A little grassy, sweet peach and hints of yeast. Hay in the finish. Yeah, a nice one. 29.04.2017
