Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, fruity, dusty hay - straw, light to moderate hoppy, grass - straw. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bottled@Monks Café Sveavägen, Stockholm. Pale yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Arma is fruity, mildly grainy as well as bready. Flavour is quite similay with also some hayish notes. Basic, but refreshing, and suits a monksburger very well.

(bottle) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and loose medium-sized foamy head. Sweet and yeasty, pronounced wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana, bubblegum and a rather strong clove-spicy touch. Moderately sweet flavour with notes of acidity, light to medium bodied with a modest carbonation. Wheaty and yeasty touch with notes of banana and citrus flavours, leading into a mouldy sourness towards the clovy finish. Not very pleasant nor rounded. 26.X.10

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and firm mid-sized foamy head. Sweet (cara-)malty and slightly citrus-fruity, flowery and slightly herbal hoppy aroma. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Solid malty base with light hints of cara-malt, subtle fruity notes and a discreetly hoppy spice; medium-dry sweet-bitter malty and slightly herbal hoppy finish. All in all a likeable beer. 23.X.10
