Bottle. Golden amber with a fat coat of off white head. Aroma of honeyed dough, oranges, spices. Heavy. Very sweet with boiled oranges, bun dough, then lots of bitterness with some spices. Seems more (youngish) barley wine than tripel. Fair enough.

Malt pils, finement marquée par un houblonnage noble - cela confère un côté léger herbacé, assez sec avec une tenure fine d'épices.

Deep brown with a tan head. Big dark brown sugar, nutty, slightly tangy molasses, malts, dried fruits. Full bodied. Finish has molasses and sweet malts. Really nice.

Rather hazy, amber, medium head. Aroma of banana and pepper. Taste of banana, marmalade, malt and a slight bitterness. Alcohol is there, but well hidden.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear orangey brown with a neat, beige head. Sweet aroma of molasses and pumpernickel. Medium body, sweet malt bonbon flavors with little bitterness. Kind of a mini-Bock. Very enjoyable for a malt lover like me. 131225

Deep brown with a beige head. Molasses, chocolate, chewy toffee, dark malts, dark fruits. Full bodied. Deep malty sweet caramel finish. Lovely.
