Opaque peach color with a citrus aroma. Tropical fruit flavor with a nice sweetness. Tropical hop flavor but mild bitterness. Slight creaminess to the texture. Excellent for the style. Mild, lasting bitter aftertaste. Bitterness increases as it warms.

Taster at the Lawrenceville Truck & Tap. Pours black, with a small, beige head. The nose is apple brandy, cinnamon, mild coffee, maple syrup, and black bread. Sweet and malty, with a boozy finish. Heavy body, slick, and chewy. Nice, complex, and sharp.

Overcarbonated, but otherwise a pretty good red ale, with caramel and toasted bread mixing with underlying notes of apple and yeast. Finishes with a subtle sweetness and lingering toasted malt.
