Almost no hop aroma, very carbonated with bubbles rising for a long time with a small froth. Slightly hoppy flavor, weak hop bitterness for an IPA.

Clear yellow color with sweet peach aroma, like peach Nehi soda. Sweet peachy flavor with a little beer taste at the end.

On tap at Quigley’s. Clear pale straw with small white head. Aroma is light esters, light body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is light esters and a little coriander.

On tap at Quigleys. Deep golden with small off-white head. Aroma is nice peach, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and some peach.

On tap at Quigleys. Slightly hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is esters, light body, lower carbonation, and a little small-bubble lacing. Taste is estery wheat. Nice wheat.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a very thin head. Poor head retention. The aroma is almost straight booze with faint berries and toffee. The taste is toffeeish malts, berries, caramel. Medium-full bodied with quite a bit of heat.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Nitro. They called this simply "stout" but the bartender confirmed it was the Irish stout. Pours clear dark brown with a thin creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of roasted malts and chocolate. The taste is nuts, chocolate, roasted malts and a tart finish. Smooth, medium bodied.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear chestnut color with a thin tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy malts and a fruity finish. The taste is nuts, plums, peaches, other fruits and a bitter finish. Medium bodied with high carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours clear copper color with a medium sized off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of plums and other fruits. The taste is tart grainy malts, stone fruits, plums, citrus and a bitter finish. Highly carbonated, medium bodied.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a thin white creamy head. Decent head retention. Aroma of grain malts, almost nutty, and some grassy hops. The taste is grassy hops and grainy malts. Off balance... too bitter. Light bodied with average carbonation.
