This red poured a deep amber red with a creamy, beautiful head. Nice lacing. Scents include cooked veggies, hay, malt and must. First swig was delicious with smooth creamy mouthfeel and medium to low carbonation. A little thin on flavour but delicious nonetheless. Flavours of must, hay, hops and biscuit? Finish is smooth and really nice.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light juicy notes. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with juicy resinous floral hops, nice. Sampled at Lansdowne LCBO.

Pours a hazy yellow-greenish colour, looking like I mixed a beer with Mountain Dew. Also, with some particles. The head is big, frothy, fluffy, bubbly, decent lasting and leaving some nice foamy spots. Aromas are somewhat sour with lemon scents. Hops blend things with some mild yeast. Ingredient listed are Blueberries, Blueberry concentrate and blueberry extract... but I do not see much of this in the taste, as well. The hops are present and the light fruitiness seems like it has gone bad. The brew itself is not super bad, but not was I was expecting. Unbalanced, a little all-over the place.

Pours a clean enough amber-copper colour with a decent beige head that dissipates rather quickly, leaving only a small ring of bubbles. Maple sap aromas with a brown ale backbone. The taste shows a bit of sweetness with the sap, but some nice hops balance things out. A mild dry finish. Again, a nice background of brown ale malts. A nicely balanced maple brown ale that goes down easily.

Thanks to AleRider78 for this one from the brewery. Pours a hazy amber colour with lots of tiny particles floating around. The light beige head is kind of creamy, decent lasting and some nice creamy lace. Many dark fruits in the nose with prunes and dates. Also, some caramel malts, alcohol and hints of yeast. The taste shows a little of the dark fruits and caramel, but the hops here give out some minty hints. Interesting.

Can from the brewery. Clean amber colour with a frothy-foamy beige head, decent stay and some patchy foam lace. Caramel malt nose with some fruitiness and kind of chemically, spicy-grassy hops. The taste shows the fruitiness of an amber with some apples notes. All over the caramel base. The hops give out a dry finish, and seem more natural here. Pretty decent amber ale, but not a fan of the hops used here.

Did not have any cans at the brewery, both times we went, but had it on draft. Pours a mildly hazy golden colour with an amber hue. Warm cap, average stay and light lace. Fruity nose with citrus notes like oranges and tangerine. Same citrusy fruits found in the taste. Dry mouthfeel. Crisp, fruity, refreshing IPA. Would have again, so bring on the cans in the Ottawa region LCBOs.

Can from the brewery on my first visit. Pours a clean amber colour with a warm light-beige, frothy head with good stay and some solid ring lace. Aromas are nicely mixed between the apples, toasted barley, caramel and citrus notes. Flavours do the same with the grain showing beautifully and the hops in the finish. A nice light dry finish. Hints of nuttiness. Not as much sweetness making this better to go down.

Clear 750ml bottle with swing top from the brewery on my first trip there. Clean golden-amber with an off-white cap that is small, average retention and leaving a little lacing. Kind of a pilsner smell at first. Then, fruity aromas with hints of bananas, sugars, caramel and Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is like a Belgian strong blonde ale, but not so much Tripel. Pretty good other than that.

Thanks to AleRider78 for this one - from the brewery. Pours a clean amber-gold colour with a fizzy off-white head that disappears right away, leaving nothing but the brew. Aromas of sourness, fruitiness and caramel. The taste is sour and tends to get more intense in the middle to then die down and linger tart. Hints of fruits, vinegars. Nothing too fancy, but nothing offensive as well.
