Pours a slightly unfiltered (gets hazy with every pours) bright golden colour with a frothy white cap, good stay, leaving some creamy lacing. Grassy hop nose with some hints of citrus. The flavours are also on the grassier side of things. Not as juicy, not as citrusy. Fairly dry mouthfeel with decent bitterness.

This cream ale poured a hazy golden amber colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, malt and a very minute perm solution scent. First swig was smooth and creamy, a little thin on the mouthfeel but none the less tastes great. Flavours of corn, malt, honey and hay most prominent. Finish flavour is minimal with malt and very light hop flavour lingering.

This dark poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, dark toast and a little dark cocoa. First swig was delicious. Creamy, and so roasted. Flavours of dark chocolate, molasses and a little coffee. Finish is burnt and lightly sweet. Very good.

This red poured a cloudy red colour with a creamy, off white head. Med lacing. Scents include tea, lemon and sweet malt. First swig had med low carbonation and slightly sweet with flavours of tea and sweet malt. Finish was sweet with malty flavours lingering.

Slightly hazy amber colour with a bubbly-foamy light-beige head, average retention and good thick foam lacing. Caramel malt base aromas with apples fruitiness and fairly hoppy grass. Toasty malt taste with some caramel. Enough hops to cut the extra sweetness and give this a nice, mild bitter finish. Still, a little too rich for my likings, but has some decent punch for a red ale.

Pours a clean golden colour with a frothy white cap, good retention and some thick foamy lacing. I do smell wheat giving mild banana notes. With time, some hops do come out. The same for flavours, with a blend of the cereal malts felt in Kolsch. The hops help out the sweetness that I am not really used to in this style, but still - a little too rich with the wheat, as it lingers a bit.

Clean golden colour with a big frothy warm cap, great retention and some nice thick creamy, wavy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some caramel malts as well. Hops are quite mild. Pretty much the same for the taste with big cereal grains with the caramel malts, but the hops are a little more in the mix. Decent dryness in the finish to cut the richness of the sweeter malts. Reminds me of an old school Pale Ale with lots of graininess.

Can that pours a clean, well carbonated golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm cap, somewhat creamy, with good retention and some foamy lacing left. Spicy hop nose over the sweet malt base. Smooth mouthfeel, just a tad sticky, on the thicker than thin feel with a mild dry finish to cut the sweetness. Fairly easy to drink for a lager with enough hops to make it more of a micro touch.
