This sour poured a hazy deep amber colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit and green veggies. First swig was nice and smooth with flavours of cherries and club soda. Finish is slightly sweet with cherry flavour lingering. Much better than the original Training Wheels.

This sour poured a hazy, medium yellow colour with a creamy bright white head. Nice lacing. Scents include fermented fruit, cream and a tiniest of vinegar? First swig was not too bad with flavours of sour, fermented fruit with a little apple cider vinegar. Finish is mild and very smooth. Odd.

A very dark brown colour with very little highlights. The head is creamy, frothy, warm light mocha-coloured with good stay and some nice creamy lacing. Big coffee nose at first, but then, the dark fruits and roasted malts come out. The taste shows the burnt malts with hints of molasses, dark fruits and coffee. Not getting much chocolate in here, but still - good stuff as a regular stout.

First from this newer brewery with a can that pours a clean peach-red colour with a big frothy pink-white head, good retention and some nice foamy lacing. Very sour nose with some cherry notes. The taste shows the same with the lemon touch. The cherries are mild, but present, with some tartiness in the finish. Dry mouthfeel from the dry-hopped and a nice balance between the cherry and lemon notes.
