half liter flip top bottle poured into glass mug, thick, fluffy head stays with the beer for a while. This unfiltered bier has a hazy deep golden color. Smooth, mellow flavor, leaving a slight sharp note on the tongue. Not as dark and musty as some of the zwickls I’ve tried, but overall a pretty nice beer.
