Al naso arrivano impressioni di affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è gratificante ed elegante e il modo in cui permane è pregevole. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato rossiccio carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è molto elevata e la persistenza è lunga. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si affermano segni di miele, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso agrumi, affumicato, arancia rossa, erbe aromatiche, mandorla fresca, legnoso e torbato.

Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia rossa, mandarino, frutta passita, uvetta bagnata nel rum e mandorla fresca.
