0.33 l bottle shared. Smells and tastes good, but it’s way too carbonated. It ruins it almost totally for me.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy dark orange, big off-white creamy head. Tart fruity aroma, apricot, but hops are even stronger - herbal, with notes of lemon pith. Just a hint of bread. The taste is similar, just less intense, though more drinkable - on the drier side of the weizen range, neither the malts nor the yeast stand out, pretty hoppy. The finish could be a bit richer. A very nice, clean and easy-drinkig Hopfen weizen.

Bottle in trade with ciocanelu, cheers Silviu! Pours cloudy amber brown with a small lasting beige head. Aroma of caramel, malt, apple, cinnamon, and bread. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, touch of sour. Quite light body, watery texture, average carbonation. Finish has a light spicy feel and lingering fruitiness. Easy drinking ale.

BOTTLE 75 CL - free sample from the brewery. Murky dark amber, big spongy head. Smells of pleasant slightly stale/dried fruit and lots of spicy aromatics - dried herbs, coriander, nutmeg. Lively carbonation, juicy without being sweet, very easy drinking and balanced - nothing really stands out: light dried pale fruity sweetness, light herbal bitterness, light yet chewy mouthfeel. Kind of like a hybrid between a dry hopped-up weizenbock and a chewy belgian ale. Very nice.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Cloudy deep red, creamy beige head. The nose is malty but in an unusual way - caramel and fresh apple puree, toasty apple pie. A touch buttery, but it fits well with the pie. The taste is similar - between fresh apple pulp and caramel malts, with a light spicy and earthy bitterness and just a little bit tannic. Smooth and easy drinking body.
