Hazy pale amber colour, small frothy white head, recedes pretty quickly, good lacing. Sweet malty aroma, grapefruit, dough, light banana, hint vanilla, anis, citrus. Taste medium sweet, light bitter, yeasty, bit peppery. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, aftertaste dry bittersweet with a malty undertone, spicy, fruity notes, earthy, bit astringent in the finish. Overall a very nice fruity tripel.

Bottle at Craig’s. Gusher. Pours hazy gold with a bubbly head. Aromas of sour apples, yeast, sugar. Taste is bitter, astringent. Something grim in the aftertaste I really didn’t like.

On tap at NHBF’13. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of lovely citrus hops, some mango, light crisp malts, crackers. Flavour is crisp malts, crackers, lovely fruity and citrussy hops, nice bitterness. Light-bodied. Excellent summer beer imo, totally different from previous versions of this beer.
